Paton in Refining

Refining is a manufacturing process where crude oil is processed and refined into more useful petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt base, heating oil, kerosene, and liquefied petroleum gas. Paton has extensive experience executing petroleum-based projects of different magnitudes throughout the Gulf Coast Region and soon Southeast Texas. Petroleum refining and upgrading projects are at the core of Paton's business expertise.

Over the years, Paton has executed hundreds of projects for a variety of different clients. Most of these projects have been revamps to upgrade to a heavier crude feedstock, to expand processing capacity or to debottleneck existing units. Paton's process engineering team is second to none, with versatile, experienced engineers among our four offices.

Paton designed facilities have an outstanding record with respect to start-up and performance. Our quality-driven approach to project execution including our "best in class" cost estimating expertise enables Paton to provide "fit-for-purpose" facilities and customer satisfaction.

At Paton, we have consistently proven our ability to work in an effective, flexible, and cooperative team environment. We believe in this approach and have seen the breakthrough results that working in an integrated team environment can bring.
